DOTA Art challenge

So here's what that face I posted was for.  I got a group together with many of my art colleagues from work to do a collective art jam and design our own character for Dota or League of Legends.  I've been bouncing around ideas a bit, so I thought I'd show what I've got.  As usual for this phase of things, I'm once more stuck on nailing a concept down that I feel I can really commit to, so I need to hit PS a bit tonight to see if I can turn up anything that jumps out at me.

Expression study

Workin on a little challenge we set up at work, for which i need a slightly evil/crazy femme fatale, so I thought I'd do a study to try to nail it down.  Noodle city man...expressions aren't easy, but things are makin a bit more sense now.  Will have more from this project to share as things get rolling.  Stay tuned!

Bonus! so... couldn't stop noodling, which means sleep deprivation tomorrow, but I did figure out a pretty sweet way to paint up a mesh in PS.  Tweaked the jawline a bit too, think that works a bit better for her personality.

Handpainted rock fellar.

Good lord!  Sorry for the lull!  Well, my game is free in the world, and while the work is really just beginning there, that means a bit of a breather on the home-front again.

I've actually been chipping away at quite a few personal projects, but my lazy ass apparently cant be bothered to post anything...till now!
